Easter Eggers or Americanas are a mixed breed bird (between a blue layer and a brown) that about 75% of the time provides a blue or green egg. Starting in 2025 the Koops Coops line of Easter Eggers includes Ameraucanas in the breeding program to hopefully offer a higher chance of a blue/green egg. The Ameraucanas also often provide poofy cheeks and a beard! Koops Coops does not offer color choices for this bird.
